Morgan starred in the Safe Sex for Men and Women informational video on AIDS education and Prevention. Morgan contributed a part of her earnings towards the American Foundation for AIDS Research. She is part of the entertainment industry's AIDS Task Force. Morgan was the driving force behind many fund-raising campaigns for the disease. She also addressed an Congressional special committee on AIDS education. Morgan is a member of the Board of Governors of APLA and Amfar's Board of Directors. Former Surgeon-General C. Everett Koop has requested her to substitute for him at AIDS celebrations and she's hosted an AIDS Awareness Special featuring anchorman Steve Bell. Ted Koppell and Morgan have been on Nightline at least twice, to discuss AIDS. Morgan has been nominated for one of the Emmy winner for Diane English's Murphy Brown Special Episode written especially for Morgan. Morgan was co-starring in ABC television's Your Money or Your Wife in the spring alongside Joan Rivers. The summer began by presenting Murder At The PTA Luncheon which was produced by Von Zerneck/Sertner. Marla Gibbs and Cindy Williams were also on the show. Her next project sent Morgan to Luxembourg to be a part of Harmony Gold's production of Sherlock Holmes and the Leading Lady with Christopher Lee and Patrick McNee. Morgan has also been featured in a film, a psychological thriller that was produced by USA Network. The film received one of the highest ratings ever.
